Job Description
Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for establishing and maintaining productive relationships with clients on behalf of the company by taking personal, comprehensive responsibility for each client’s needs, ensuring that all project requirements are met or exceeded. CSR must communicate and interact professionally with sales staff, production personnel and clients. The CSR is also responsible for communicating client requirements to the production team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Pay Will Be Based On Experience.
Skills / Qualifications- Knowledge of commercial and wide-format print and processes.
- Knowledge of commercial print estimating is a plus.
- Knowledge of job planning is a plus.
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel capabilities.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Friendly, helpful attitude
- Receive client’s production requests via account representative, telephone or email. Review requests and ask for any missing information.
- Create digital job ticket from estimate and/or additional information provided by account representative or client. Transfer all required job information to proper areas of electronic job ticket and create job docket.
- Track status of orders through all production departments, maintaining project schedule or updating client and account representative when issues arise or promised schedule of completion changes.
- Participate in internal meetings, provide input about any changes in status to work in progress. Keep all delivery dates current and updated on a daily basis.
- Resolve client questions related to orders and schedule of project. Maintain liaison with clients and other departments for order completion.
- Create delivery receipts and delivery labels for all orders; arrange proper shipment type based on size and client location.
- Prepare and forward all billing paperwork to accounts receivable, accounts payable.
- Resolve problems by clarifying the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; work with account representative to determine the best solution to solve the problem; expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Act as a team player, pitching in where needed.
- Contribute to continuing success by providing suggestions for process and market improvements.
