Service Greeter – Action Power Sports About the Role

Action Power Sports is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Service Greeter to join our team! This is a customer-facing position where you’ll play a key role in creating a positive service experience from start to finish.

If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with plenty of room to grow within the company.

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival

• Assist with service drop-offs and vehicle pickups

• Schedule service appointments in person and over the phone

• Provide excellent customer care and follow-up communication

• Send out post-service feedback surveys

• Support the service team with general administrative tasks

• Strong communication and people skills

• Positive attitude and professional appearance

• Basic computer skills

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Ability to multitask in a busy environment

• Customer service experience preferred (but not required)

• Flexible scheduling
