Service Advisor
The Boucher Dealerships of Waukesha are looking to hire a Service Advisor for their growing service departments. Sign-on bonus for qualified candidates!
Responsibilities- Determine automotive problems and services by listening to customers’ descriptions of symptoms
- Clarify the description of problems
- Conduct inspections, take test drives, check vehicle maintenance records, and examine service schedules
- Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, and detailing repairs and services required
- Obtain approval signatures and enter repair orders into the service database system
- Experience preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate
- Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge
- Motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude
- CDK experience preferred
- Must meet top-rated CSI standards and focus on world-class customer service
