• Assist current customers with issues related to their window replacement projects
• Work closely with the production team to ensure each customer has their project installed to their liking
• Schedule product installations
• Ensure customers have a positive experience buying their new windows and doors
• Build concrete relationships with homeowners
• Input project information to database
• Update customer files

• 2+ years Customer Service experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Data entry skills
• Strong competence in Microsoft Office
• High attention to detail
• Ability to organize simultaneous tasks
