Customer Service Representative

Gardner Manufacturing is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

This is more than answering phones and entering orders. You'll be a key connection between our customers, sales, production, engineering, quality, quoting, and shipping teams
—helping make sure orders are accurate, customers are informed, and everything stays on track.

• Process customer purchase orders and EDI orders
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, changes, questions, and concerns
• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Quoting
• Manage customer orders and information through Infor Cloud Suite ERP
• Work with Production to confirm shipping dates
• Coordinate trucking and ground shipments
• Prepare picking documents, bills of lading, and shipping paperwork
• Assist Sales with customer needs and new opportunities
• Help resolve customer concerns and keep things moving

We're looking for someone who is:

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Professional and confident communicating with customers
• A strong problem-solver who can think on their feet
• Experienced in customer service (manufacturing experience is a plus!)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Familiar with ERP systems—or willing to learn
