Graphic​/Web Designer

iNET-Web is hiring a Senior Graphic/Web Designer for an in-office role in Waukesha, Wisconsin. In this position, you will help shape on-brand creative across web and marketing touchpoints while partnering with clients and internal teams to support project goals.

This is a senior-level design seat inside a full-service marketing agency environment that includes close collaboration across creative, marketing, and technical roles. The focus of the team is building profit generating websites while supporting ongoing mission-driven growth.

• Create on-brand visuals for websites, email, videos, social media, apparel, print, and other marketing channels
• Update, adjust, and refresh graphics to align with project goals and client vision
• Own and manage deadlines from concept through delivery
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders including SEO, copy, development, and sales to keep projects on track
• Maintain brand consistency across design work and deliverables

• Experience, or samples, showing your ability with graphics and layouts for print and design media
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms
• A strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory, paired with strong creative instincts
• Extreme attention to detail across production work
• Strong communication skills, with a team-player mindset and a positive attitude

Pay is based on qualifications. This role is located onsite at 1430 E Moreland Blvd, Waukesha, WI.

As a senior graphic designer, you will work alongside a group of copywriters, digital marketers, graphic designers, videographers, front-end developers, and programmers. The team also includes server admins and onsite technicians who support in-house IT.
