SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
Marquette University High School is currently looking for a full-time social studies teacher beginning with the academic year. Marquette University High School seeks teachers qualified in their field who are open to growth, loving, intellectually competent, and committed to faith and justice.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- A full-time social studies teaching assignment, including 5 sections
- Co-curricular involvement
- Prefecting duties
- Participation in faculty orientation and formation programs
- Assisting with pastoral activities including student retreats
- Demonstrate commitment to the principles of Jesuit education
- Possess a Wisconsin Educator License or be working toward licensure
- Hold a bachelor’s degree
- Have interest in summer school teaching
- Be well rounded in the field of social studies
- Have teaching experience
This position reports directly to the Principal
