Position: Part Time Childcare Program Manager  (Adeline Montessori - Waukesha)

Right At School Program Manager

Program Manager Pay Range: $20-$24 per hour (based on education and experience).

Schedule: 2:45 - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

You’ll Drive The Mission By
  • Ensuring safety and joy standards are met by leading a team of staff members; maintaining site documents and licensing standards; outlining attendance protocols, behavior policies, safety procedures, and ensuring program tasks are completed effectively; coaching staff and fostering respectful relationships to maintain team cohesion and productivity.
  • Consistently supporting and reporting on safety protocols to ensure the well‑being of all participants and identifying and mitigating potential risks within the program environment.
  • Engaging meaningfully with families, client partners, peers, and children to support effective communication and relationship building; responding promptly to emails, text messages, and inquiries during program hours; communicating and collaborating regularly with the Area Manager to support outlined program goals and assist in implementing changes or processes as guided.
  • Maintaining accurate records for student check‑ins and check‑outs and ensuring “name to face” attendance procedures are completed per company policy.
  • Implementing daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum while providing a safe and engaging environment.
Ideal Candidates Will Have The Following
  • 21 years old or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 240 hours of experience as an assistant child‑care teacher in a group childcare setting OR at least 240 hours of experience as a licensee or provider of a family childcare center
AND One Of The Following
  • 2 non‑credit department approved courses in early childhood education
  • 2 courses for credit in early childhood education
  • 48 credits from an institution of higher education with at least 3 credits in early childhood education
  • Certificate from WI Registry indicating level 12 or higher
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • License from the WI Dept. of Public Instruction to act as a Kindergarten, Pre‑Kindergarten or Early Childhood Education teacher
