Full-time and part-time positions are available with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. This center is now offering a temporary $1000 Hiring Incentive.

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child s daily milestones
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
• Provide support in any classroom or age group where teaching coverage is needed across a center or in nearby locations

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required
• 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred
• Must meet State of Wisconsin teacher qualifications: three state classes (EC1/EC2/Infant-Toddler) or AA or BA Degree in Early Childhood Education or have a CDA
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor s degree in early education or related field is preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice for children is required

This position requires compliance with applicable immunizations, employment physicals, health and safety training, and center/client site requirements. You will work in person in an early education/preschool child care center to provide supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services in compliance with laws and regulations to ensure child safety.

The hourly rate for this position is between $17.75 and $21.70. Actual offers within this range depend on experience, education, certifications, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a hiring incentive.
