Student Ministries Pastor
Spring Creek Church is seeking a Student Ministries Pastor. This role offers the opportunity to shepherd a large and thriving student ministry while helping shape the next generation of disciples.
Spring Creek is a healthy, multi-generational church with more than 2,300 people attending weekly and a long legacy of strong biblical teaching. The church is entering a new season of leadership following the transition to a new Lead Pastor after 38 years of faithful leadership. This makes it a strategic moment for a leader who is passionate about discipleship, student ministry, and building strong relationships with families.
With 300–350 students engaged weekly and more than 600 unique students participating over the course of a year, the ministry has both strong weekly consistency and broad relational reach. While sports schedules and activities impact weekly attendance, a large number of students consider Spring Creek their student ministry home.
If you love teaching God's Word, building leaders, and helping students develop a lifelong faith in Christ, this is a unique opportunity to lead a ministry that is already positioned for impact.
