Dual Language Teacher; K4–Charter School

The Dual Language Teacher delivers high-quality, standards-aligned instruction in a self-contained elementary classroom , teaching all core subjects (Reading, Writing, Math, Science, and Social Studies) in both English and Spanish .

This role goes beyond instruction—you will play a key part in developing bilingual, biliterate, and culturally grounded students , while working closely with families and a collaborative school team.

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in English and Spanish across all subject areas
• Implement a structured dual language model (80/20) to support language development and academic success
• Create a classroom environment rooted in respect, belonging, and high expectations
• Use data to inform instruction and support student growth
• Build strong, consistent communication with families
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to strengthen instruction and student outcomes
• Actively contribute to a positive, mission-driven school culture

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• Valid Wisconsin DPI Teaching License (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in dual language or bilingual education strongly preferred
• A deep belief in educational equity and culturally responsive teaching
• Strong classroom leadership and relationship-building skills
