• Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex system integrations that enable seamless data flow across the organization s applications and partners.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on integration architecture, data exchange standards, and best practices.
• Partner with business units, application teams, and vendors to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable integration solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior analysts, and shape integration strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Serve as the lead analyst and subject matter expert for enterprise integration initiatives and middleware platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex integrations connecting ERP, CRM, and third-party systems, as well as data integrations for data warehouse and business intelligence initiatives (ETL, etc.).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT leadership to define integration requirements, architecture, and data flow strategies.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of integration or data integrity issues.
• Oversee the design and documentation of data mappings, interface specifications, and system dependencies.
• Lead testing, validation, and deployment of integration solutions across environments.
• Implement and maintain integration solutions in alignment with organizational needs.
