Key Responsibilities:

• Manage quotes, timelines, budgets, and scope for engineering projects
• Lead internal teams and coordinate with customers and suppliers
• Ensure design for manufacturability and regulatory compliance
• Analyze project outcomes and report on performance metrics
• Support product development, CAPA, MRB, and process improvement initiatives
• Use ERP (e.g., IQMS) and project tools for daily operations
• Contribute to training, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration
• Comply with all safety and quality management system requirements

Education and

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in engineering or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and FDA standards preferred
• Proficient in project management, tooling, and injection molding processes
• Experience with 3D CAD and MS Project software
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
