Required Experience & Skills

• Experience with microcontrollers and low-level hardware interfaces
• Familiarity with embedded debugging tools and techniques
• Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
• Experience with engineering tools (CANoe, CANalyzer)
• Exposure to Powertrain domain
• Familiarity with requirements management tools (DOORS, Polarion, Jira)
• Strong hands-on experience in HIL / SIL / MIL testing and validation
• Automation Desk
• Control Desk
• Configuration Desk
• Experience in SCALEXIO system.
• Proficiency in MATLAB / Simulink model-based development and testing
• Experience in test case design, execution, and automation
• Knowledge of real-time simulation and closed-loop testing
• Experience in fault injection, boundary, and stress testing
• Strong understanding of automotive communication protocols:
• CAN, SPI
• Scripting skills in Python / CAPL / TCL for test automation
• Ability to analyze logs, debug failures, and perform root cause analysis
• Experience working with version control and defect tracking tools

Work Location Expectations

• On-site in Waukesha is strongly preferred due to hardware dependencies and proximity to the design team.

Education :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

, or related field.
