Job Summary: We are seeking a Reliability Engineer with strong execution and communication skills to support technical troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration efforts. This role requires the ability to analyze complex technical issues, drive resolution across multiple teams, and effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Perform initial troubleshooting of CT system logs and assist with software loading activities
• Support root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts
• Coordinate engineering bay equipment execution, requests, and operating mechanisms
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive issues to closure
• Ensure organized, detail-oriented follow-through in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related STEM field
• 4–5 years of relevant engineering experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage and execute technical projects effectively

• Experience with technical root cause analysis
• CT system software and log troubleshooting experience
• Experience working in cross-functional technical teams
