Waukesha Foundry is seeking a Foundry Metallurgist to work closely with Engineering and Operations. This role is critical for producing high-quality castings and involves alloy specification, melt analysis, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy or a related field, with 3–5 years of foundry experience. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CAD/CAM software are pluses. This position reports directly to the Engineering Manager.
