• Design and develop new mechanical products, systems, and components from concept through production release.
• Define functional requirements and develop optimized engineering solutions that balance performance and cost.
• Conduct testing, validation, and evaluation of systems to ensure reliability, safety, and quality standards.
• Utilize CAD and CAE tools to design, simulate, and analyze mechanical systems effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product designs for manufacturability and efficiency.
• Lead risk management activities, including failure mode analysis and engineering design reviews.
• Oversee prototype development, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Investigate technical issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve engineering challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in mechanical engineering roles.
• At least two to three years of experience in new product development environments.
• Proven experience using CAD tools for mechanical design and engineering analysis.
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical system design principles.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail consistently.
