- Develop and configure industrial control systems, including PLC and operator interface programming, in alignment with project requirements
- Integrate and commission supporting automation technologies such as robotics, vision systems, and motion control equipment
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and operational validation during build and commissioning phases
- Collaborate with engineering teams during early project stages to support system concepts and define control hardware needs
- Support on‑site equipment deployment, installation, and production startup activities at customer facilities
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior‑level automation and controls engineers
- Promote and follow established safety standards to maintain a secure and compliant work environment
- Travel as required for project execution, typically ranging from moderate to frequent domestic travel with occasional international assignments
