Controls Engineer - Custom Robotics

We are seeking a full-time Controls Engineer specializing in custom robotics to join our team in Waukesha, WI. In this on-site role, you will design, program, and implement control systems for automated manufacturing solutions. Responsibilities include developing control strategies, designing electrical systems, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize robotic and motion control systems for client projects.

• Expertise in Process Control and Motion Control to develop advanced automation systems
• Strong knowledge in Electrical Engineering and Robotics for system design and implementation
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting for resolving technical issues and ensuring system reliability
• Familiarity with industrial automation tools and software is highly desirable
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in custom robotic integration is a plus
