INNIO Group is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Engine Assembly to implement and validate Jenbacher manufacturing processes at the new Waukesha plant. This position involves close collaboration with global engineering and operations teams to ensure that production can reliably create new Jenbacher engine products. Duties include localizing global process standards and troubleshooting technical issues during the ramp-up phase.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and have at least 2 years of manufacturing engineering experience. Proficiency in CAD software and a strong understanding of GD&T principles are essential. This role offers a fast-paced environment with the opportunity to influence change.
