  • Ensure consistency of engineering standards, documentation, and design practices across regions.
  • Support project planning by providing technical input on scope, timelines, risks, and requirements.
  • Coordinate communication between engineering, production, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Participate in customer meetings and site visits as required.
OEM Technical Support
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for OEM partners.
  • Coordinate and manage OEM technical enquiries, product related issues, and clarification requests.
  • Support new installations, troubleshooting activities, and technical investigations.
  • Facilitate engagement between OEM partners and Breathe Safe subject matter experts.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide valuable insights to engineering and commercial teams.
  • Support OEM sales activities through technical presentations, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
About You:

This role is ideal for an experienced Mechanical Engineer who enjoys combining technical expertise with stakeholder engagement and operational improvement.

You will bring:

  • A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive outcomes without direct authority.
What We Offer:
  • A supportive, experienced team environment.
  • Meaningful work with a growing global organisation.
  • Exposure to international engineering, manufacturing, and OEM partnerships.
  • Opportunity to influence product development and operational excellence.
  • Health plan with employer contributions.
