Generac is seeking a Staff Engineer-Transfer Switch to provide engineering input on product development projects, interfacing with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, sourcing, quality, service and marketing.
You will design, validate and bring transfer switch products to market—from concept through mass production—mentor junior engineers, and optimize designs for manufacturability using CAD/CAE systems (ProE or Solid Works), with safety, cost and reliability in mind.
