Sr Design Engineer

Drive new product development and elevate existing designs through technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement as a Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer. You’ll blend analytical rigor with hands‑on engineering, incorporating customer feedback to deliver products that meet market and regulatory demands.

• Lead mechanical design projects from concept through release, ensuring performance, cost, and manufacturability goals are achieved.
• Complete advanced engineering tasks, including formal support requests and design reviews.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the engineering team.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and lead Root Cause Analysis sessions.

• Minimum 8-10 years of mechanical design experience in product development.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (advanced degree preferred).
• Strong expertise in engineering principles, simulation tools, and 3D CAD systems.
• Deep analytical and problem‑solving skills grounded in sound engineering judgment.
