Foundry Metallurgist

Waukesha Foundry seeks a Foundry Metallurgist to lead metallurgical control of high-alloy, complex castings for demanding energy, defense, and industrial customers. You will develop and optimize melting, alloying, and heat-treat processes; define and maintain specifications; and support tooling, molding, and machining to ensure consistent quality. Responsibilities include metallurgical analysis, failure investigation, NDT and mechanical test review, and continuous improvement using data-driven methods.

You'll collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality teams in a safety-focused, craftsmanship-driven environment with strong long-term career potential.
