You’re a civil engineer who doesn’t just want to sit behind a screen. You want to be out on site, see the dirt move, and know the design in your hands is the same one getting built.
In this Construction Services role, you’ll split your time between field inspection/testing and design adaptation—closing the loop between what’s on paper and what’s in the ground.
Your work will directly impact infrastructure and developments that communities rely on every day.
If you bring construction-focused civil engineering experience and want to see real projects through from concept to completion, we want to talk to you.

- Field inspection for civil construction projects
- Construction materials testing and verification
- Design documents, drawings, and specification updates
- Engineering data collection and analysis
- Construction conformance and performance checks
- Reporting for project managers and stakeholders
- Study and reporting requirements for active projects
You’ll work with tools like AutoCAD Civil 3D to translate field realities back into accurate, buildable design documents.
This is where design meets the jobsite—and you sit right at that intersection.

- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D strongly preferred
- Applicable U.S.
-based civil engineering work experience - Comfort working in both field and office environments
- Strong attention to detail in both testing and documentation
You’ve been that engineer who can walk a site, spot issues quickly, and then turn around and fix the design to match real-world conditions. You’re comfortable with hard hats and CAD files in the same day, and you understand how construction actually happens in the field.
If you’ve supported project managers with sharp field reports, accurate Civil 3D updates, and reliable inspection work, you’ll stand out here.
