Mortgage Consultant

Waukesha State Bank is looking for a motivated Mortgage Consultant to grow residential lending business through networking, community involvement, referral partnerships, and exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing while delivering the personalized experience customers expect from a trusted community bank.

Our Mortgage Consultants are active in the communities we serve - developing referral relationships, partnering with branch teams, and promoting WSB's full range of mortgage solutions. Residential mortgage origination experience is required - knowledge of FHA, VA, WHEDA, construction, and portfolio lending programs is strongly preferred.
