Chase - 2402 East Moreland Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Greet clients and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming branch environment;
Assist with account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs) to meet their needs;
Build trust with clients by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members to achieve financial goals;
Assist with branch operations including handling cash devices like the cash vault and ATMs in accordance with bank procedures
