*** As an Area Teller Specialist, you'll provide exceptional service while helping customers complete their banking transactions accurately and efficiently. You'll support multiple branch locations within the market, ensuring smooth operations and delivering a consistent customer experience.

** Key Accountabilities
*** Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service during customer banking transactions.
* Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to banking partners for additional financial solutions.
* Support teller operations and help maintain operational excellence across branch locations.
* Educate customers on available banking products, services, and digital banking capabilities.
* Resolve customer questions and concerns to ensure a positive banking experience.
* Process transactions in compliance with bank policies, procedures, and security standards.
* Service vault, ATM, and night deposit operations as assigned.
* Travel regularly to support staffing and operational needs across multiple branches within the district.
** Education & Experience
**** Required
* ** High School diploma or equivalent.
* 2+ years of teller experience or equivalent cash-handling experience.
* Strong customer service, communication, and operational skills.
* Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between multiple branch locations as needed.
** Preferred
* ** Experience supporting operations across multiple branch locations.
* Experience identifying customer needs and making service or product referrals.
* Familiarity with digital banking tools and customer education.
