• Prepare financial models, analyses, and forecasts to support strategic business decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to collect, analyze, and interpret financial data.
• Assist with the annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes by providing actionable financial insights.
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends and explain business performance.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for leadership.
• Develop presentations and financial reporting packages for senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar finance role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
