Senior Supply Chain FP&A Leader, AIS

The Senior Supply Chain FP&A Leader, AIS will lead all forecasting, budgeting, actuals reporting, and capital expenditure (Capex) planning and governance processes for the critical supporting functions within the segment. This role will partner closely with the functional leaders of AIS to effectively manage a significant cost and investment base, provide visibility into operating and capital expenditures, accurately forecast future spending, and support strategic planning and resource allocation decisions.

The leader will also drive Capex prioritization, business case evaluation, investment tracking, and reporting to ensure capital is deployed effectively and delivers expected business outcomes. This position will play a critical role in shaping the functional support and investment strategy required to advance the strategic objectives and long-term growth of the AIS Segment. Roles and Responsibilities
  • Partner with the functional leaders within the AIS Leadership Team to provide visibility into critical costs, headcount, capital expenditures (Capex), and investment programs within their respective teams, ensuring accurate and clear reporting to support effective decision making.
  • Strategically work with each leader to define budgets for their respective functions, closely partnering to determine operating and capital investment needs, resource allocations, and cost management actions required to meet Segment financial objectives.
  • Translate P&L results into actionable insights for functional leaders and accurately forecast future expenditures, including operating expenses and Capex spending, relative to the timing of investment decisions and other actions.
  • Develop processes to accurately track and measure critical investments within the functions, understanding performance versus business cases and helping ensure investment benefits are realized for the Segment.
  • Lead the AIS Capex planning, forecasting, reporting, and governance processes, including business case evaluation, prioritization of capital investments, tracking of project spend, and delivery of Capex commitments and productivity targets.
  • Partner with Operations, Segments, IT, and Functional leaders to evaluate capital investment opportunities, monitor returns, and ensure alignment with Segment strategy, financial objectives, and resource constraints.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (Economics, Finance, Accounting, etc.) from an accredited university or college
  • 8 + years of experience in accounting or financial analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally in a diverse team environment
  • Experience managing capital investment programs, including Capex forecasting, business case development, return-on-investment analysis, and investment governance.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and ability to evaluate investment trade-offs, resource allocation decisions, and long-term value creation opportunities.
