• Friday – 8:00am–12:00pm
• Occasional float to Brookfield.

Medical Assistant, EMT, or LPN – ENT Clinic

From chronic sinus infections and allergies to hearing loss, balance disorders, thyroid conditions, and sleep-related breathing concerns, our team delivers expert, patient-centered care close to home.

This position supports across our Pewaukee and Oconomowoc campuses and plays an essential role in patient flow, procedure support, and care coordination.

• Room and prepare ENT patients
• Obtain vitals and focused histories
• Assist with in-office procedures including nasal scopes and minor treatments
• Support allergy testing and hearing-related evaluations
• Coordinate follow-up care
• Document in Epic

• Mix of medical and procedural care
• Highly specialized learning environment
• Collaborative team of providers and clinical staff
• Daytime schedule with half-day Fridays
