About

The Role

This Clinical Support Associate position supports a busy primary care team at our Waukesha Sunset Drive Clinic. The role works closely with three primary care providers in a team-rooming model, focusing primarily on patient care and rooming responsibilities. The RN in the clinic manages most in-basket work, allowing this role to stay engaged in direct patient interaction throughout the day.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with patients, collaborating with coworkers, and staying active in a fast‑paced clinic environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Room patients and prepare them for provider visits
  • Obtain vital signs and document patient information in Epic
  • Assist with patient care needs and clinic workflow
  • Support providers during visits and procedures as needed
  • Collaborate with coworkers to support the clinic team and patient flow
  • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
What Makes This Role Great
  • Unique schedule with a four‑day early finish during the week
  • Team‑oriented environment supporting three primary care providers
  • Focus on patient care rather than heavy in‑basket work
  • Opportunity to work closely with an experienced clinic team
Qualifications
  • Medical Assistant, EMT, or LPN experience preferred
  • Prior clinic or patient care experience preferred
  • Epic experience preferred
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced primary care environment

If you're looking for a supportive team, meaningful patient interaction, and a schedule that offers a great weekday rhythm, we encourage you to apply.
