Wage: $16.50 per hour + $2.00 per hour weekend shift differential (for any time worked on weekends, from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday)

Positions are available in Milwaukee, South Milwaukee, Wauwatosa, West Allis, Waukesha, and Oak Creek.
What You Get To Do- Support and mentorship with daily activities to ensure their health and safety, including meals, cleaning, housekeeping, laundry duties, and facilitating fun activities.
- Hands‑on mentoring to help them become more independent.
- Positive direction to encourage individuals to achieve personal goals.
- Provide medication administration and ensure medical well‑being.
No experience required—if you meet the basic job requirements, we provide necessary paid training and hands‑on experience.
If interested in a Behavioral DSP role, we look for candidates with prior experience managing intense high behaviors, both verbal and physical. We seek staff who are patient, good decision‑makers, crisis‑management capable, and not intimidated. Prior IDD, mental health, psychiatric, and/or security experience is strongly preferred.
Qualifications- Excitement for working with adults with disabilities
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- A successful background clearance is required as part of onboarding
- Good communication skills for documentation, support plans, and teamwork
- Valid driver’s license required (transportation of persons served)
- Comfortable driving company vehicles to transport persons served; some positions may require personal vehicle and auto‑liability insurance
- Experience with adults with mental health issues, disabilities, or related experience
- Certifications & trainings (CBRF, CNA, CPR, etc.) are appreciated but not required
