Schedule DetailsHours will vary. 24 hours per week. Clinic hours are Mon–Thurs 7am–6pm and Friday 7am–4pm.
What You Will DoAs an administrative therapy specialist, you will greet and provide exceptional customer service to patients receiving therapy services at PHC locations. You will handle accurate scheduling, registration, and data entry of patient information into the medical record system. You will support patient care delivery through scheduling, insurance verification, and other support services. You will ensure patients are ready for successful interactions and match patient needs to appointments.
You will embrace challenges and apply new ideas to better serve our patients.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient computer and typing skills.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Healthcare call center customer service.
- Healthcare with medical terminology knowledge.
- At least 4 years in customer service in an office or banking environment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
- EPIC experience in scheduling, registration, and basic insurance knowledge required.
- Experience scheduling in a pediatric setting for multiple providers preferred.
