Join our world‑class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five‑star living at its finest.

• Support the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment.
• Attend to the reception desk located in the lower level to accommodate client check‑in for sandals, robes and lockers.
• Gather used linens from treatment rooms and assemble for pick‑up by the American Club laundry staff; distribute clean linens to designated storage areas and/or treatment rooms.
• Maintain neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area.
• Assist Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements.
• Consistently maintain cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring.
• Be responsible for knowing and performing proper opening/closing procedures.
• Assist spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages or communicating guests' needs.
• Maintain a high level of customer service for all spa guests.

This is a part‑time position, working weekdays & weekends. Weekends are required. 6:00 am and 9:30 pm.

• Must be 16 years or older to apply.
• Must be able to obtain Bartending License upon hire.
• Prior computer experience helpful.
• Customer service related experience required.

The hourly range for this position is $10.40 – $15.60 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
