HR Generalist

Kforce has a client in the Waukesha, WI area that is looking for an HR Generalist.

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely using ADP
• Manage and fine-tune full-cycle recruitment process, including source development, postings, interviews and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data integrity
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding Company policies, procedures, and benefits
• Performs routine tasks required to administer HR programs
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Assist with audits, reporting, and HR metrics tracking
• Assist in employee relations as appropriate

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience working in Human Resources with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment law
• Previous payroll and/or ADP experience preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
