About the RoleAs Human Resources Manager
, you will lead the full spectrum of HR strategy and operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll oversight, compliance, organizational development, training, and safety.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees
- Lead and develop the HR team
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Drive recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Oversee employee relations, investigations, and performance management
- Lead compensation planning, market reviews, and profit-sharing administration
- Manage benefits administration and 401(k) vendor relationships
- Oversee bi-weekly payroll accuracy and HRIS integrity
- Guide leaders in coaching, performance management, talent development, and career growth planning, including policy administration
- Maintain EEO, OSHA, and affirmative action compliance reporting
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- 5+ years leading an HR team
Preferred:
- Manufacturing industry HR leadership experience
