The ideal candidate will play a key role in contributing to the overall success of the organization by aiding in building up and adding to their robust recruiting and onboarding processes to contribute to organizational efficiency and growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee and enhance full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain personnel records and ensure accuracy within internal HR systems.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Support the administration of core human resources programs and daily operations.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable employment laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Administer bi-weekly payroll accurately and within established timelines using a payroll system.
  • Coordinate engagement initiatives and support internal communications efforts.
  • Assist with compliance reviews, reporting, and workforce data tracking.
  • Provide support on employee relations matters as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement operational efficiencies.
  • Stay informed on evolving HR trends, best practices, and regulatory updates.

As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking for someone to grow with us. Within this position, there is LOTS of room to grow into further responsibilities and potentially a management title within 3-5 years.

Requirements
  • Bilingual in Spanish MUST HAVE
  • 2-5 years of Recruiting/Onboarding experience in manufacturing space TOP NEED
  • Previous payroll and/or ADP experience IS A PLUS but not required - can teach this part
