I am looking to hire a full-time bilingual HR Generalist or a reputable company here in Waukesha (53186) . This role will be permanent and is looking to interview right away.
Pay:$70,000 - $85,000
Schedule:M-F, 7am – 4pm
Hybrid:100% onsite
Responsibilities:- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Recruiting/onboarding experience in a manufacturing space
- Ensure payroll accuracy including wages, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and benefits
- Process weekly employee terminations, enter new employees, and maintain employer direct deposit information
- Compliance and reporting
- Enter employee benefit selections and complete EEOC reporting
- Audit
- Support leave administration- (PTO, FMLA, ADA, workers compensation)
- Bachelors Degree in HR, Accounting Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding, ADP system (Plus)
