We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Automation and Dev Ops Lead to join our team supporting the Digital Provisioning Service. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and quality of our digital infrastructure and release processes. You will lead automation efforts, manage release execution and validation, and drive continuous integration and delivery practices across our platform.
Roles and Responsibilities- Lead test automation strategy and execution for the Digital Provisioning Service.
- Manage and validate software releases using CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation, and AWS CDK.
- Build and manage OCI containers and Git Lab runners for scalable automation.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Implement and maintain automated test frameworks using Cucumber, Selenium, and Playwright.
- Write and maintain test scripts in Type Script, JavaScript, and Java.
- Utilize regular expressions (regex) for data validation and parsing.
- Proven experience in test automation and Dev Ops leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Git Lab Runners
- Terraform
- Cloud Formation
- AWS CDK

- 9+ years Cucumber
- 10+ years Selenium
- 3+ years Playwright
- Type Script
- Java Script

- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management.
- Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Provisioning systems.
- For roles outside USA:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors with advanced experience. - For roles in USA:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors with minimum 4 years of experience.
- Master's Degree or PhD in Computer Science.
- Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux based programming.
- Experience working on software projects in the Energy domain (Energy Management, Oil & Gas, Power & Water).
- Certified Scrum Master and/or Product Owner.
- Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems.
- Skilled in breaking down problems, documenting problem statements and estimating efforts.
- Demonstrates awareness about competitors and industry trends.
- Has the ability to analyze impact of technology choices.
- Ability to take ownership of small and medium sized tasks and deliver while mentoring and helping team members.
- Ensures understanding of issues and presents clear rationale. Able to speak to mutual needs and win-win solutions. Uses two-way communication to influence outcomes and ongoing results.
- Identifies misalignments with goals, objectives, and work direction against the organizational strategy. Makes suggestions to course correct.
