Responsibilities

• Work closely with Operational Excellence Lead in partnership with process owners, Agile teams, stakeholders, and other leaders within Advisory Digital (AD) to drive program, project and process improvements that align with the organization’s Target Operating Model (TOM)
• Demonstrate the ability to navigate through ambiguous situations and drive clarity for project teams.
• Lead the execution and rollout of the Agile Transformation and Azure Dev Ops (ADO) implementation, including facilitating efforts to provide direction on platform configuration, integration, and best practices.
• Lead/Facilitate the execution and rollout of the Agile Transformation and Azure Dev Ops (ADO) implementation to drive change adoption
• Customize and configure Azure Dev Ops platform to meet organizational needs and lead training to ensure compliance with established methodologies
• Standardize workflows, work item tracking, and release processes to improve project visibility and efficiency.
• Use analytics to evaluate work management effectiveness and recommend process enhancements, driving continuous improvement in areas such as productivity and quality
• Perform RTE responsibilities for large programs: o Facilitate Program Events such as Program Increment (PI) Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt workshops occur effectively.
• Guide team members and stakeholders on Agile practices, ensuring that teams adhere to SAFe principles and practices.
• Identify and solve program-level impediments, elevate issues when necessary, and help manage risks to ensure smooth delivery of value.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across teams, stakeholders, and management to maintain coherence in delivering program objectives and tracking progress with performance metrics.
• Develop advanced queries and data modelling to analyze complex data relationships to help simplify performance, patterns, and trends analysis.
• Collaborate with Operational Excellence team members to create and maintain templates (dashboards, reports, project, and process related templates) for use in planning, analysis, communications and reporting to leadership.
• Oversee the periodic collection, analysis and reporting of project related data, tasks, and metrics for PR leadership.
• Responsible for defining standards and guidelines and adoption across various teams in PR.
• Act as a liaison with the other groups in AD for collaborative effort and multi‑directional information sharing to strengthen alignment to the overall strategies of AD.

• Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree from an accredited college/university preferred or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Business Process Improvement, Portfolio and Project Management, Business Analysis in industry or in a professional services firm.
• 5+ years of experience with SAFe methodologies and Lean Agile delivery. Demonstrating comprehension of a lean‑Agile mindset and practices with the ability to develop others in this area.
• Prior experience as a RTE and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Program Management best practices and leading teams in delivering quality software.
• Strong technical aptitude and prior experience with Azure Dev Ops preferred.
• Outstanding verbal/written communication, critical thinking, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skills.
