Position- The IT Applications Systems Analyst is an entry-to-mid-level professional responsible for supporting operations of the organization’s business applications.
- This role assists in resolving application issues, performing configuration changes, documenting processes, and supporting end users.
- The Analyst collaborates with senior analysts and business stakeholders to learn and apply system best practices that improve business efficiency and system performance.
- Provide first- and second-level support for assigned business applications, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
- Assist with documenting requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Perform basic system configuration, data updates, and testing activities.
- Work with vendors or senior analysts to coordinate software updates, patches, and enhancements.
- Develop user documentation and assist with training efforts.
- Participate in change, incident, and request management processes.
- Maintain data integrity through routine audits and error correction.
- Support integration and testing of new modules or functionality.
- Occasional travel to plant sites may be required for support (~10%). Some after-hours support may be required for support or system changes.
