• The IT Applications Systems Analyst is an entry-to-mid-level professional responsible for supporting operations of the organization’s business applications.
• This role assists in resolving application issues, performing configuration changes, documenting processes, and supporting end users.
• The Analyst collaborates with senior analysts and business stakeholders to learn and apply system best practices that improve business efficiency and system performance.
• Provide first- and second-level support for assigned business applications, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
• Assist with documenting requirements, workflows, and functional specifications.
• Perform basic system configuration, data updates, and testing activities.
• Work with vendors or senior analysts to coordinate software updates, patches, and enhancements.
• Develop user documentation and assist with training efforts.
• Participate in change, incident, and request management processes.
• Maintain data integrity through routine audits and error correction.
• Support integration and testing of new modules or functionality.
• Occasional travel to plant sites may be required for support (~10%). Some after-hours support may be required for support or system changes.
