Cybersecurity Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Manager in our new office in Waukesha, WI. This role will lead and mature our enterprise cybersecurity operations, incident response capabilities, and security tooling ecosystem

What you will d
  • Serve as the technical and operational owner of core security platforms including Palo Alto firewalls, Cortex XDR, Wild Fire, Panorama, Sentinel One, Rapid7, and deception technology
  • Lead endpoint detection and response, vulnerability management, and continuous tuning of all security tool
  • Design and enforce secure network architectures in partnership with infrastructure and networking teams, applying strong Layer 2 and Layer 3 traffic analysis
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve the enterprise Incident Response program
  • Lead containment, eradication, recovery, and root cause analysis for cybersecurity incident
  • Coordinate tabletop exercises and simulations to strengthen response readiness
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external SOC partners and drive detection, escalation, and service improvement
  • Define detection use cases, alert thresholds, and escalation procedure
  • Contribute to and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures aligned to business risk and compliance need
  • Support audits, risk assessments, and regulatory and compliance initiative
  • Provide executive-level reporting on security posture, risks, and trend
  • Mentor and develop internal security and infrastructure staff while promoting a culture of security awareness across the enterprise
What you need to ha
  • Have:
    Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related experience
  • Experience:

    8+ years of progressive cybersecurity or information security experience with 3+ years in a high-level role
  • Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto firewalls, Cortex XDR, Wild Fire, Panorama, Sentinel One, Rapid7, and deception technology
  • Strong Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking knowledge, including routing, switching, segmentation, and packet analysis
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading enterprise Incident Response program
  • Experience working with and managing external SOC providers
  • Ability to coordinate response efforts in large, complex, distributed environment
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive
  • Preferred: security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or CCSP and experience in manufacturing or highly distributed enterprise
