ERP Solutions Architect

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an ERP Solutions Architect to join their dynamic team. As an ERP Solutions Architect, you will be an integral part of the Technology Department supporting the Financial Systems and Business Process Optimization teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: ERP Solutions Architect

Location: Remote - PST candidates preferred

• Bring hands‑on experience in Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash, revenue recognition, financial reporting, and work‑in‑progress (WIP) management within Spectrum Viewpoint ERP.
• Assess the clients’ current business processes and system capabilities in Spectrum Viewpoint ERP to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate which functionalities, processes, and controls the client should implement to improve financial operations and reporting.
• Develop practical recommendations for process optimization, ERP usage, and reporting enhancements based on business needs and best practices.
• Provide guidance on aligning Spectrum Viewpoint ERP capabilities with the clients’ operational and financial objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred, not required.
• Hands‑on experience with Spectrum Viewpoint ERP or similar financial systems.
• Strong understanding of financial processes such as R2R, O2C, and WIP management.
• Ability to evaluate and recommend system functionalities and process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to support decision‑making and stakeholder engagement.
