Senior ERP Technical Analyst

Overview

Ellsworth Corporation, a global leader in specialty chemicals and adhesive manufacturing, is seeking a Senior ERP Technical Analyst. The role reports to corporate headquarters in Germantown, WI, and may be performed hybrid or remote.

• Oversee implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the ERP system (Prophet
  21 and Microsoft Dynamics).
• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Gather and document business requirements/technical specifications, translating them into ERP system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Lead and manage ERP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Develop and implement customizations, enhancements, and integrations with other business applications.
• Provide ongoing support to ERP system users, troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related problems.

• 10+ years of ERP experience in manufacturing and/or distribution, including Prophet
  21 and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered).
• Proven experience planning and leading ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems and architecture, integration methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, database management, and programming languages relevant to ERP systems (including APIs and system integrations).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and focused on delivering excellent customer service.
