IT Operations Project Manager

The IT Operations Project Manager ensures the successful planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects across computer infrastructure, cloud, and database domains. This role requires a strong command of both Agile Scrum and traditional (Waterfall) project management methodologies, with a heavy emphasis on JIRA as the primary tool for project tracking, sprint management, and reporting. The IT Operations Project Manager collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to drive projects to completion on time, within scope, and within budget.
