Hybrid onsite, full-time contract role.
Regular travel required between Green Bay, WI and Milwaukee/Waukesha, WI data centers.
Serve as the Network Operations representative on the Data Center Committee.
Required Skills & ExperienceDeep expertise with Cisco ACI (required).
Strong experience with Data Center networking.
Advanced knowledge of Cisco Nexus (NX-OS).
Experience with Cisco Catalyst.
Experience executing MOPs (Methods of Procedure).
Broad data center experience, including exposure to VMware and storage platforms.
Leadership & Soft SkillsSenior-level engineer with strong leadership qualities.
Clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong team collaboration skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to operate as a senior technical resource while collaborating across teams and driving initiatives.
Leadership presence to represent the Network Operations team in committee-level discussions.
Location RequirementsMust be local or nearby to the location.
Must be able to travel regularly between the Green Bay and Milwaukee/Waukesha data centers.
PreferredPrior management or mid-management experience.
