What You'll Do

- Document incidents, outages, and operational events within the IT service management platform.
- Assist with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) updates to improve asset ownership, service relationships, and operational visibility.
- Support inventory management and lifecycle activities for infrastructure equipment and critical spare assets.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Systems, and Application Support teams to improve operational procedures, runbooks, and documentation.
What We're Looking For

- Experience monitoring enterprise technology environments and responding to alerts or service-impacting events.
- Familiarity with incident, change, problem, and request management processes.
- Working knowledge of Windows infrastructure, networking fundamentals, enterprise applications, or cloud/hybrid environments.
