Personal Lines Account Manager – R&R Insurance Services Inc.
Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of approximately 350-450 personal lines accounts, delivering service that feels personal, proactive, and effortless.
- Act as a trusted guide. Answer coverage questions, review policies, and identify opportunities to improve protection before clients ask.
- Handle renewals professionally—negotiating with carriers, crafting clear proposals, and ensuring timely, smooth delivery.
- Grow client relationships—quote new lines of coverage, identify coverage gaps, and cross‑sell when truly beneficial.
- Maintain accurate, efficient processing of applications, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
- Collaborate with carrier partners, underwriters, and marketing representatives to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Mentor and uplift teammates, supporting collective success.
- Communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and consistently deliver with care.
- Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire).
- Experience: 3‑4+ years in personal lines insurance with direct client service responsibilities; independent agency experience preferred.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort learning insurance management systems such as AMS
360. - Communication: Clear, professional written & verbal communication with strong listening skills and genuine, service‑oriented tone.
- Organization: Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and composure under pressure.
- Problem‑Solving: Confidence to handle most client needs independently and resourcefulness to find solutions when necessary.
- Teamwork: Collaborative mindset that supports colleagues and contributes to shared client success.
