• Developing sourcing strategies that support existing and new product innovations.
• Negotiating supplier agreements, driving cost‑saving opportunities where every penny saved or sacrificed has a story.
• Building strong supplier and technology partner relationships without the drama.
• Monitoring market trends, supply risks, and component life cycles, if reading tea leaves doesn’t work.
• Collaborating with pretty much everybody to support customer success.

• Experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain crisis management.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), 30 years of B.S. experience not required.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make informed guesses… Oops, we mean decisions.
• Experience working with locally global and globally local suppliers.
